The Cat's Pajamas Design Team!!!

Image
I am so excited to share that I have joined the design team for The Cat's Pajamas !  I am so honored to have the opportunity to be working with such talented ladies! 💖 To celebrate joining The Cat Pack, I am sharing a clean and simple card I made featuring a few TCP Zlatoena Designs stamps . To make this card, I used the adorable bunny from the T ake Off stamp set  and sentiments from the Sending You stamp set .  I stamped my images on Neenah solar white 80 lb (cut to 3.75x5), and colored the bunny/airplane with alcohol markers.  I mounted the Neenah cardstock on blue cardstock (cut to 4x5.25) with foam tape to add some dimension, and then glued that onto an A2 white card base. I love this bunny!!!! Thanks for visiting my blog!   Be on the lookout for more fun The Cat's Pajamas projects I will be sharing with you soon! 💖 XOXO, Beata June

Thank You Chick Card with Kinda Cute Digital Stamp

Image
Greetings! Thank you for visiting my blog!  Today I am sharing a clean and simple card using a digital stamp from Kinda Cute by Patricia Alvarez . What you will need to make this card:  one A2 card base (I chose blue cardstock), white cardstock, and the Kinda Cute "Thank You Chick" Digital Stamp . I colored the digital image on white cardstock, cut it out using a stitched scallop die (if you don't have that die, you can just cut your cardstock with your digital image into a 4x5.25 piece of cardstock), and attached it to my card base.  Clean and simple! Isn't this chick the cutest? 😍 Thanks for visiting my blog. 💙💙💙 XOXO, Beata June

Unicorn Bookmark with Kinda Cute Unicorn Digital Stamp

Image
Hello friends!  Today I am sharing a fun project using the Unicorn digital stamp by Kinda Cute By Patricia Alvarez .     I've been wanting to make bookmarks for a while and love how this one turned out. What you'll need to for this project:  white cardstock (approximately 2"x6"), blue inkpad (for clouds), embroidery thread, one hold punch, and the Kinda Cute Unicorn digital stamp I made the cloud background by daubing blue ink on my white cardstock using a cloud stencil.  Then I colored my unicorn image, cut it out, and glued it onto the cardstock.  I stamped on a sentiment (this one is from MFTstamps), and punched a hole on the top of the cardstock. To make the tassel for the bookmark, I took 2 pieces of embroidery thread and looped the threat around my fingers 6 times, and then cut the excess thread. Next, I took 2 strings of thread and tied a knot around the top of the looped ...

Birthday Card with digital stamp by KindaCute By Patricia Alvarez

Image
Happy Sunday everyone!  Hope you are having an amazing weekend!  Today I am so excited to share my first project as a member of the design team for Kinda Cute By Patricia Alvarez . 💛💙💛💙 To make this card you will need:  one A2 card base, two different colored sheets of cardstock, and the Kinda Cute Duck With Presents digital stamp .  For the background, I cut out two different sized flags from my colored cardstock using My Favorite Things  Stitched Jumbo Fishtail Banner Stax Die-namics  (you can just cut the flag shapes with scissors if you don't have these dies).  I glued the larger blue flag onto my A2 card base, and used foam tape to attach the pink flag to give the card some dimension.  Then I stamped the Happy Birthday sentiment on the pink flag. Next, I colored the duck digital stamp and attached it to my card using more foam tape.  I love this little duck!  He is so adorable!!!  Thanks for joining me on ...

Valentine Pencil Holders

Image
Greetings friends!  If you are visiting from my Instagram page, welcome!  Valentine's Day 💘 prep is in full swing in my crafty corner.  Have you started making your Valentines? 💚 As you may have seen, I decided to make pencil holders for the little guy to hand out as valentines for his friends at school this year.  I usually try to come up with something other than candy since I know the kids will be getting a lot of that.  (Surprisingly, when I have made both and let the kids pick out what they want, the little guys' friends usually pick the non-candy item.)  What you'll need:  pencils, cardstock, a circle punch (I used 3/4"), and your favorite stamps and ink. The great thing about this project is I used leftover pencils and leftover scraps of cardstock, so it didn't cost me anything! 😊   Now, for the fun part!  I decided to go with mainly an animal theme, so I chose a few of my favorite animal stamps and starte...
