Image
Hi friends!  Welcome and thanks for joining me on my blog today!  The Cat's Pajamas Tuesday Challenge is still going on over at the TCP blog, and you still have time to enter for a chance to win a $50 voucher!  This month's challenge theme is "Summer."  Here's my summer card featuring a cute piggy floating in the pool during summertime: I created the background for this card by running the Flutter By die several times over a piece of 4.25" x 5.5" blue cardstock.  Then I cut out the pool for my little floating piggy on the same piece of cardstock using the Round Bubbles CutUps Duo die , and glued the background pieces to a light blue A2 card base.  Next, I stamped, colored and cut out the floating piggy from the Year of the Pig stamp set, and adhered that to the top of my "pool" using some foam tape.  To finish up my card, I stamped the "Hello There" sentiment from the Simply Stacked Sentiments  on a piece of white cardstock ...

Welcome to another The Cat's Pajamas Sneaky Peek day! Today I'll be sharing a sneak peek of the new Oil Always Love You stamp set featuring my favorite TCP bunny! I had so much fun making this card! To make this card, I blended some blue distress ink onto white cardstock with a blending brush, and mounted that on a pierced A2 card base.  I stamped the car, bunny, and tool box with black hybrid ink and colored the images with copic and spectrum noir markers.  I glued those images onto my blended blue background, and finished off the card by heat embossing the sentiment on black cardstock I cut into a banner shape.    Here's another photo of my card: I love coloring so it was so much fun to color all the cute images from this stamp set! Thanks for joining me today for this sneaky peak! This stamp set is awesome to have on hand to make some masculine cards, and is now available over at the TCP store!
